Prices shown monthly; all four discount ~20% on annual billing — Forge3D Creator drops to $9/mo (~$0.12 / model). Competitor pricing verified June 2026 and may change. Each tool meters credits differently, so per-model figures are approximate (a Forge3D model ≈ 20 credits). Forge3D includes rigging, animation and the developer API in its Creator tier.

vs the incumbents

Production 3D for a fraction of the cost

Real, exportable BIM for architects and game-ready assets for studios — from $12/month. The tools you'd otherwise pay for cost 10–30× more.

List prices, monthly, verified early 2026 — they may change. Forge3D Creator is $12/mo ($10 on annual). We don't replace every feature of a $375/mo CAD suite — we cover concept, generation, walkthrough and export at a fraction of the price.

Frequently asked questions

What are credits?

Credits are used for generation, texturing, rigging, animation, and exports. Each stage of a job consumes a set number of credits — a textured text-to-3D model is ~20 credits, image-to-3D ~30, a high-quality upgrade adds 25, rigging 25, and an animation clip 10. On the Creator plan that's roughly $0.22 per standard model.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Add-on credit packs you purchase separately stay on your balance and expire 12 months after purchase — and we always spend your soonest-to-expire credits first, so you rarely lose any.

What happens if a generation fails?

Failed jobs refund their credits automatically. If rigging fails but the base model succeeds, you keep the unrigged model and only the rigging credits are refunded.

Can I use assets commercially?

Commercial usage is available on all paid plans (Creator and above). The Free plan is for personal and evaluation use, with public assets by default.

Does Forge3D have a developer API?

Yes — the developer API is live on every paid plan. Create scoped API keys, generate and enhance models programmatically, and receive signed webhooks on completion. Studio gets higher rate limits. See the OpenAPI spec on the API Access page.

When is rigging available?

Humanoid rigging and idle/walk/run animation are live (Beta) on Creator and above. Generate a character, then rig and animate it in one click — or enhance an existing model for a few extra credits.
