Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Taskclan Inc.(“Taskclan,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with Forge3D Spaces(the “Service”), the browser-based AI building-design tool available at spaces.forge3d.ai. We are a Canadian company and aim to handle your data in line with Canada’s PIPEDA and comparable privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account (authentication is handled by Supabase).
• Project content — the text prompts you enter, the buildings and layouts you generate, edits you make, and any files or images you choose to upload.
• Billing information — if you purchase a plan or credits, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.
• Usage data — basic technical and usage information (e.g., pages visited, features used, device/browser type, and a referral source such as a ?src= tag) to operate and improve the Service.

2. AI processing (important)

Forge3D Spaces generates designs using artificial intelligence. When you enter a prompt or ask the in-app assistant to edit a design, the text you submit is sent to third-party AI providers (accessed through OpenRouter) so they can produce your result. Only the content needed to generate the output is sent. These providers process that content under their own privacy terms. We do not send your billing details to AI providers, and we do not sell your content.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service — generating designs, drawings, cost estimates, and exports.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or credits.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• To understand usage and improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to run the Service. They only receive the data needed to perform their function:

• Supabase — authentication and database (accounts, projects).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• OpenRouter and the AI providers it routes to — generating designs from your prompts.
• Cloudflare R2 / object storage — storing generated assets and files.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — running the application.

We do not sell your personal information or your project content to anyone.

5. Storage and retention

Your account and project data are stored on our providers’ infrastructure and retained while your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time. If you want your account and associated data deleted, email us at support@forge3d.ai and we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and a copy of the data you have provided. To exercise these rights, contact support@forge3d.ai.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and run the Service, and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
