Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Forge3D Spaces(the “Service”), provided by Taskclan Inc.(“Taskclan,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Forge3D Spaces is a browser-based tool that generates 3D building models, floor plans, drawings, cost estimates, and file exports (such as DXF) from your descriptions and edits. Outputs are generated automatically and are provided to assist your design process.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, designs, and files you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including sending the necessary content to the third-party AI providers that generate your results (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

4. Generated output — accuracy and professional review

The Service uses automated and AI methods. Generated models, dimensions, drawings, quantities, and cost estimates may contain errors and are provided for early-stage design and visualization only. They are not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice, and are not certified or stamped drawings. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and having a qualified professional check any output before relying on it for permits, construction, budgeting, or other decisions.

5. Plans, credits, and payments

Some features require a paid plan or credits, processed by Stripe. Prices and included usage are shown in the app. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe others’ rights;
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its providers;
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Taskclan Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the Service as intended. The Forge3D Spaces application is built in part on open-source components used under their respective licences.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Taskclan Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on generated output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
